Nicki Garletts

Nicki Garletts joined Agility Equity Partners in December 2024 as the Controller, providing financial oversight and support to the investment teams and portfolio companies. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting and daily financial management. In June 2025, Nicki was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer, where she oversees the firm’s compliance program and manages all SEC regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Agility, Nicki spent 15 years at PNC, nine of which were in PNC Capital Finance as Finance Manager for the Private Equity line of business. At PNC, she was responsible for conducting the quarterly valuation process for two of PNC’s Private Equity divisions totaling approximately $1.5 billion over 45 portfolio companies. Her responsibilities also included creating an annual budget and strategic plan, P&L reporting, and audit and SEC compliance. 

Nicki holds a B.S. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh – Johnstown and a MAcc from Chatham University.
