Agility Equity Partners Invests in TPI Efficiency to Energize the Next Phase of Growth

PITTSBURGH, PA – October 31, 2025 – Agility Equity Partners (“Agility”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, announced its investment in TPI Efficiency (“TPI” or the “Company”), a Cleveland-based outsourced utility management platform providing end-to-end energy procurement and efficiency services to commercial and industrial customers. The transaction was completed in partnership with ScaleCo Capital (“ScaleCo”) and Tecum Capital (“Tecum”). ScaleCo originally invested in the Company in 2022.

TPI Efficiency delivers comprehensive, outsourced energy management solutions to commercial and industrial clients, with services ranging from electricity and natural gas procurement, energy efficiency optimization services, and on-going consulting. The Company has established long-term, recurring relationships with customers across its service portfolio, positioning it as a trusted partner in an increasingly complex and energy-intensive economy.

The investment will provide capital to support TPI Efficiency's continued growth strategy, including strategic add-on acquisitions to expand the Company's service capabilities and geographic footprint. Under ScaleCo's operational leadership, TPI has strengthened its management team, upgraded operational processes, and enhanced its technology infrastructure to position the business for scalable growth.
