Pittsburgh, PA — February 16, 2026: Agility Equity Partners (“Agility Equity”) announced the successful exit of its investment in Catalyst Clinical Research (“Catalyst”) through the company’s sale to Worldwide Clinical Trials (“Worldwide”), a leading global contract research organization.

Agility invested in Catalyst through a single-asset continuation vehicle managed by QHP Capital (“QHP”, fka NovaQuest), a Raleigh, North Carolina-based investment firm that provides strategic capital to life sciences and healthcare companies.

Catalyst Clinical Research, an oncology-focused contract research organization (CRO), specializes in staffing and executing clinical trials for small- to mid-sized biotechnology companies. Since its acquisition by NovaQuest Fund I in 2018, Catalyst has experienced significant growth, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner to emerging biotech innovators.

The sale to Worldwide Clinical Trials represents a successful outcome for Agility Equity and its partners, highlighting the value created through collaboration with QHP and the management team at Catalyst.
