Paul Cohn is a partner and founder of Agility Equity Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including sourcing and executing new investments, monitoring existing portfolio company performance, and leading intermediary deal sourcing. Before founding Agility, Paul was a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee of Fort Washington Capital Partners where he led all investments in GP-Led Secondaries. Paul was a Partner with Mellon Ventures, Mellon Bank’s private equity affiliate.  Paul was a founding team member, and by the time he left, Mellon Ventures had $1.3 billion invested and committed to over 100 portfolio companies and over 70 funds.  Paul started his career as an investment manager at Westinghouse Credit Corporation, acting as a lender in leveraged buyouts. Paul holds a B.S. and MBA from the Tepper School at Carnegie Mellon University.

Justin Bertram is a partner at Agility Equity Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including sourcing and executing new investments, monitoring existing portfolio company performance, and managing firmwide strategy. Prior to joining Agility, Justin co-founded Incline Equity Partners where he was a senior partner whose primary role was leading deals. He was also responsible for firm management, including strategic direction and firm administration. Prior to co-founding Incline in 2011, Justin was a Managing Director at PNC Equity Management Corp., having joined PNC in 1998. Prior to PNC, Justin was a financial analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. Justin holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Columbia University, a B.S. in mathematics from Allegheny College and an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Management at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mike Blume is a partner at Agility Equity Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including sourcing and executing new investments, monitoring existing portfolio company performance, and leading employee training and development. Before joining Agility, Mike spent three years on the investment team at Incline Equity Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and managing existing portfolio companies.  Before Incline, Mike spent two years in PNC’s Asset Backed Finance group, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of securitizations. Mike graduated with a BBA in Finance cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.

Carson Barnes is a Senior Associate at Agility Equity Partners. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and modeling new investments, monitoring existing portfolio companies, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Before joining Agility, Carson spent two years on the investment team at Incline Equity Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and managing existing portfolio companies. Prior to Incline, Carson was a senior equity research analyst at Consumer Edge Research where he led coverage of consumer and agriculture sector equities. Carson holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.

Greg Ott is a Senior Associate at Agility Equity Partners. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and modeling new investments, monitoring existing portfolio companies, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Before joining Agility, Greg was on the investment team at PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and managing existing portfolio companies. Prior to PNC, Greg was a corporate development senior analyst at Westinghouse where he was responsible for M&A and other strategic initiatives. Greg holds a B.S. and M.S. in accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
